UPDATE US ON YOUR PROGRESS It is vital that current Fellows, with the help of their Mentors, make the PBF Program office in Seattle and the Francis Family Foundation office in Kansas City aware of the progress being made through your research efforts. The Seattle office conducts a Fellows Survey and uses the information to track the career trajectory of each Fellow. The 2008 Fellows Survey is posted on the website. A Research Progress Report is also requested, which includes samples of publications in peer-reviewed journals. These results are posted as the Fellow Publications List. In an effort to always send Fellowship payments to the correct institution, the Foundation requires completion of a Change in Status form, which must be approved by Program Director Thomas R. Martin, M.D. A Financial Report must also be submitted to the Foundation each year. |
